How to take your measurements Description: You'll have the cutest clown in town in this toddler costume! The costume comes with a yellow hat that is made from foam to maintain its shape. It is embellished with a red trim around the crown and a blue flower in the front. It matches the blue polyester shirt that has long sleeves and Velcros in the back for closure. It has a yellow inset made out of foam with faux red buttons. The red polyester pants also have foam suspenders, cuffs and waistband. The suspenders are decorated with yellow, blue, red and green polka dots that match the patches sewn onto the pants. The waistband and cuffs are yellow to make the pants pop.
