How to take your measurements Description: Get your girl ready for he first day at Monster High in this Frankie Stein costume for kids! The licensed Monster High costume includes a polyester dress with a blue, yellow, red and black plaid pattern. A zipper in the back allows for easy on and off. The collar and neckline of the dress area made of a white satin material, while a black mesh material covers the shoulders. The shoulders blend into mint green nylon sleeves that stretch for a comfortable fit and feature stitching designs along the sides. A soft black neck tie with silver polka dots and a plastic silver skull emblem hangs down from the collar. A black lace petticoat is attached under the skirt to provide a pleasant bounce and volume to the skirt. A black, polyester covered, foam belt fits around the waist with a Velcro. Silver polka dots decorate the outside of the belt. A pair of child sized, mint green stockings with stitch patterns are also included.
