How to take your measurements Description: Host a tea party of eccentrics this Halloween! This Mad Hatter costume features a bodice that has the appearance and feel of vinyl and Velcros in the back. The neckline is made from pink mesh lined with black ribbon, as are the sleeves, which are lined with elastic to give them a puffy appearance. A large green bow is sewn to the bodice. The skirt features screenprinted teacups and an attached tulle petticoat trimmed in pink mesh that peeks out from the bottom. The dress ties at the back of the waist for a fitted look. The pink, polyfoam top hat has a 21.5-inch circumference with a white "10/31" patch attached to the side and a black band with green polka dots circling the brim. Our black mary jane heels will add some class to this sassy costume!
