How to take your measurements Description: You'll be sweeping the clouds away when you put on this Oscar the Grouch girl's costume! The costume is made from polyester and features a grey-blue dress with glitter and screenprinted garbage can details. The top of the dress is made from a green synthetic fur material for an Oscar-like appearance. The headpiece has a section of the green furry fabric with Oscar's eyes and brow attached to a grey and glitter trash can lid with Velcro. Rounding out the costume is the pair of fuzzy leg warmers that have elastic along the top cuffs for a secure fit.
