The costume features a light blue, polyester dress with a flower pattern. The dress has a white collar printed with flowers that is trimmed in blue with white lace on top. The collar ends in a blue bow in front and a Velcro clasp in back. The short, puffy sleeves have elastic in the ruffled cuffs. A white apron is sewn to the chest, with a gold ribbon sporting a blue bow covering the stitch. The gold ribbon ends on either side in a sash that can be tied around the back.
