The infant cupcake costume includes a pink polyester dress with a layer of pink tulle surrounding the top. Pink velour straps fit around the shoulders with blue, yellow and red sprinkles printed around the neck. The skirt of the dress is made of an edged yellow material that looks like a cupcake wrapper.
