How to take your measurements Description: This dress has delicate detail and will make you look like a magical fairy this Halloween. The dress secures with Velcro at the back of the bodice and capped sleeves are layered glittering tulle. There is pink and white trim along the neckline, up the bodice and around the petal tulle skirt. The balloon style skirt makes this a cute trendy version of your favorite fairy costume. The wire frame wings are bordered with pink metallic material and stretched with sheer fabric that features delicate glittering detail.
