How to take your measurements Description: This Lagoona Blue costume is a licensed Monster High Halloween costume! This monster costume includes a jacket with an attached undershirt. The jacket has black sleeves with teal cuffs while the chest is made of green fabric that looks like fish scales. The undershirt is pink with matching fish scale designs. The skirt has attached shorts underneath and has a soft fleece-like waistband. The skirt is black with shiny silver flecks sewn in. The leggings are made of blue netting. (Please note: the leggings design differs slightly from picture.) Four teal fins are also included and have sheer tan netting attached that slides over your arms and legs to hold them in place.
