How to take your measurements Description: Everyone will love the sweet surprise inside this lil Tootsie Roll bunting! This soft polyester costume has the look and feel of fleece and is designed to look just like a classic Tootsie Roll wrapper. It has a white hood with a generous opening for the face and arm holes at the sides. The center is dark brown with red stripes on each end and the words "Tootsie Roll" are printed on the front in white. The bottom is white and has an opening for the feet.
