This licensed Papa Smurf toddler costume includes a fleece jumpsuit made from polyester. It Velcros in the back as well as on the interior of the legs for easy wear. The jumpsuit’s top is blue while the pants are red and have attached shoe covers. Elastic and Velcro secure the shoe covers in place and a plush blue tail is in the back.
