How to take your measurements Description: Your little one can become a popular 1980s cartoon character in this Smurf toddler costume! The fleece romper is made from polyester and Velcros in the back. The top portion is light blue while the pants are white and Velcro on the inside of the legs for easy wear. A plush blue tail is attached in the back. Boot covers are attached to the romper and secure over shoes with elastic and Velcro. The costume also includes a signature Smurf hat.
